When it comes to holiday homes we are here to provide you with a range of services catering to your needs. We are you local choice for when you want to get away for a while and enjoy the beautiful Lake District.

Our Accommodation

Most of our holiday cottages in the Lake District have wood fires, and all are well away from crowds and traffic. There is a range of houses sleeping between 2 and 8 people.

The fist cottage Elm Row has 4 bedrooms - 2 double and 2 twin rooms, complete with shower facilities and fully fitted kitchen. The second Chuck Barn has 1 bedroom, and is considered the perfect holiday home for 2. Eagle cottage sleeps four people and is self contained within a lovely garden area. Helm Farm is a collection of properties sleeping between 2 and 5 (see more details on our main website).

Here at Helm Farm the four units taken together can accommodate 15 people and being in a very quiet area, on the edge of farmland and a few minutes drive from Windermere you are sure to enjoy yourself, there is also a good supermarket and a wide choice of restaurants near by
