We are Matson Ground Estates Co. Ltd and we have seven luxury holiday homes and cottages to let, in and around the picturesque surroundings of Cumbria's tranquil Lake District.

Most of our luxury holiday cottages feature their original building splendours, including traditional wood fires and can sleep from 2 to 10 people depending on property.
All our traditional holiday cottages and apartments are self catering and are situated ideally for all local restaurants, small shops and traditional bars.
Established for 70 years, we have provided countless Cumbria holiday makers with a luxury place to rest and an ideal place to absorb the beautiful natural surroundings of the Lake District.
